Scary scenes

Scenes which may scare young viewers include: 

  • A giant storm causes chaos at sea with lots of thunder, lightning, and big, dangerous waves, injuring some characters.
  • Sea creatures including a giant clam with spiked teeth and several eyes, and a serpent creature, and a large jelly monster attack characters and boats.
  • A character falls from a ledge and crashes onto the ground below, no injuries are shown 
  • Characters talk to their ancestors which appear glowing and ghostlike.
  • A goddess initially seems threatening. Her bats swoop and chase characters.
  • A shark bites at a boat.

Upsetting scenes (spoiler)

There are a few moments when characters are either at risk of dying or thought to be dead which may upset young viewers. One character is struck by lightning during a large storm and dies for a short time, however they are later bought back to life. Another character is hit by lightning and falls into the ocean, motionless for a short while before they revive.
