What’s it about?
The House of the Dragon series depicts the events leading to House Targaryen's decline, ending in the devastating war of succession known as the "Dance of the Dragons."
In this episode Rhaenyra mourns her son Lucerys and searches for traces of him and his dragon. Meanwhile, Daemon seeks revenge for Lucerys's murder, enlisting two assassins to kill Aemond. Alicent and Otto attempt to control Aegon in his new role as King, much to his frustration.

The series is known for its graphic and bloody violence, including sword fights, beheadings, brutal cruelty, and sexual violence.
While this episode is lighter on violence compared to others, it contains a scene at the end where a child is brutally murdered. Though the scene occurs off-screen, it is highly impactful due to the detailed sound effects and the mother's emotional response.
