Violence and scary scenes

There are many mythical creatures based on traditional folktales from the Philippines, and some of these are scary.

The Manananggal is a flying vampiric demon that can separate its upper torso from its lower body. This happens multiple times in the film, and could be particularly scary for younger viewers. Sometimes it is accompanied by loud, bone-cracking sound effects. This creature can also shape-shift and breathe fire.

There is a scene where an invisibility potion is spilt on the Manananggal, meaning she unseen while hunting the main characters.

The Manananggal kills a bird, causing blood to splatter onto a terrified character's face.

There is another monster that steals memories, which may be upsetting for some younger viewers.

There is another creature which is a three-eyed baby that turns into a demon when upset. This is mildly comedic in tone, though could be scary for some viewers.

Coarse language

There is occasional use of coarse language including "damn", "hella", and "crap".
