Graphic violence

There is frequent violence, including bloody violence and fight scenes. Many people are killed throughout the season, often by being shot.

Some of the strongest examples include:

  • A person wounded from gunshots is shown in pain, lying in a pool of blood. Someone comes across them and, instead of helping them, smothers them.
  • A person is shot in the neck and is shown falling to the floor while they bleed, until they eventually die in a pool of blood. The shooter watches over them, eating a biscuit.
  • Two people are shot and lie bleeding while a young girl watches in distress – one of the people is her father, and her mother does not help.
  • A group of powerful people are kidnapped and held in a room, and some are shot dead. Many others are shot and killed in the wider chaotic operation.

Drug use

There are a number of scenes in multiple episodes showing characters snorting lines of white powder. Some of these scenes are in club and party contexts. Others are in the context of a character who is in a depressive state and understood to be drinking a lot as well as taking drugs.

Offensive language

There is frequent offensive language, including words like "f*ck", "c*ck", "sh*t",
“twat” and "Jesus Christ".
