Those Who Wish Me Dead

What's it about?

Those Who Wish Me Dead is a fast-moving action-thriller set in the Montana wilderness. Firefighter Hannah, traumatised by her failure to help a group of boys in a forest fire, works to help Connor, a boy on the run from hired assassins.

What to expect

There is a strong sense of threat throughout the film as dispassionately violent assassins and a raging forest fire close in. Gun violence results in blood misting and splatter, and some entry wounds are briefly visible. There are scenes of cruel and bloody violence, in combination with aggressive offensive language, which are particularly likely to shock and disturb children and younger teenagers. For these reasons Those Who Wish Me Dead is classified R16, restricting the film to those aged 16 years and over.
