Violence

This film contains some hand-to-hand combat scenes between characters, causing destruction, explosions, and injuries. Missiles and lightning bolts are repeatedly fired at Superman, putting him in danger. One man falls and suffers a fracture.

While playing, a kid falls and hits his head on a rock, causing it to bleed a little. He is almost run over by a farm harvesting machine.

Adult themes

A woman is seen lying on a couch in a dress seducing Superman, whilst he is under the influence of kryptonite, before they kiss.

Frightening scenes

A woman is sucked into a high-powered computer system, which turns her into a malicious cyborg. She screams as hot wires attach themselves to her and turn her flesh into metal. This scene may frighten younger viewers, especially when she opens her eyes and they are grey like metal.

Mildly offensive language

This film contains some mildly offensive language, with word uses like "son of a b*tch” and “jack*ss.”
