Why did it get this rating?

Sexual material and nudity

There are plenty of sexual references and implied sex scenes, but not a lot of detail is shown.

A woman kisses a man while he is driving. Her arm movements imply she is masturbating him but no details are shown (her arm is obscured). Later his flaccid penis is shown out of his fly as he forgot to put it away.

In another scene we see a man’s flaccid penis while he’s in the shower.

Two characters are in bed together heavily breathing and apparently naked, implying they just had sex. The man’s buttocks are seen as he gets up.

Violence

In an extended and comedic scene two men fight in a slapstick way. They kick, punch, and use improvised weapons on each other such as a table leg and a fire poker. They suffer minor injuries.

We see a car crash where a man is injured and a woman dies. Very mild signs of injury can be seen.

Offensive language

Strong language is used occasionally in frustration and to insult. A man calls a child who stole his boat a ‘sh*t c*nt spawn’ but this doesn’t come across as aggressive. Other offensive language includes ‘f*ck’, ‘motherf*cker’ and ‘sh*t’.
