Fantasy violence
The fantasy violence in the second film includes intense dragon battles, characters being blasted with fire or knocked over in mid-air, and large-scale fights between dragon riders and enemies. However, like the first film, the violence is not realistic, as it’s softened by the animated style and moments of humour. There are scenes where dragons are captured, controlled, or hurt, and some moments show characters in real danger.
Some scenes may still be a bit scary for younger viewers.
