Horror scenes & violence

The film Final Destination 2 follows people who are pursued by Death, as they begin to die in a series of gruesome, bizarre “accidents.” People are decapitated, impaled, and burned alive in what is a very gory film full of shocking scenes.

Some of the strongest moments of violence include:

  • A character is sliced into three pieces by barbed wire and his intestines fall out of his body.
  • A character opens a door, causing an oxygen tank to explode, killing both her and another person.
  • A character’s head gets stuck in an elevator door and is decapitated.
  • A character drives an ambulance into a lake and drowns.

Drug use

The film contains depictions of characters consuming various drugs, such as cocaine, valium and nitrous oxide. One character drinks beer while driving.

Offensive language

The film contains frequent uses of the F-word, as well as the words “c*cksucker” and “b*tch.”
