Why did it get this rating?

This film was cross-rated by the Film and Video Labelling Body. You can find out more about cross-rating here.

Violence

The film features frequent scenes of violence, including gunfire, flamethrowers, explosions, stabbings, and hand-to-hand combat. However, the game-like presentation reduces the intensity of these scenes. The comedic tone and lack of visible injuries further dampens the impact of the violence. Some of the most intense scenes include:

  • A group of masked villains being burned by toxic waste.
  • A character attempting to kill a child and threatening to have her dismembered for scientific purposes.
  • A car driving through a monster’s mouth, causing it to explode into gunk.

Sexual references

A character makes a joke about an orgy, and a robot makes a rude sexual gesture. The group then visits a club with a "red light" theme. These jokes are subtle and would probably go over children's heads, as they require some context to understand.

Offensive language

There is moderate use of offensive language including “b*tch,” “sh*t” and “a**hole”.
