The Clock family, four-inch-tall people who live anonymously in a regular-sized family’s home, borrow simple items to live their tiny lives. However, life changes for the Clocks when their teenage daughter Arrietty is discovered.

Low level violence
A crow flies into a window screen as a tiny girl stands on the window ledge. The crow squawks and gets trapped in the screen, causing the tiny girl to stumble and nearly fall off the window ledge, but she is saved.
As a tiny girl is running through a gate, a cat claws at her, but she is unharmed.
One character has a potentially life-threatening heart condition, however they end up okay.
