Merry Christmas from the Classification Office!

Posted on 22 December 2020 by the Information Unit

Meri Kirihimete me te Hape Nū Ia,

Like many of you we are looking to spending some quality time with our whānau this Christmas. Our office will be closed from Christmas Eve until the 11th of January.

A few reminders before we go!

The holiday period means more screen time than normal and families have different ways to navigate that. It’s also a period where you might have more time to have open conversations about challenging content. Whether you are driving on a long car trip, lying on the beach, milling around the BBQ or sitting down to have dinner – these are all great times to chat with your tamariki and rangatahi.

Reach out to those around you this year and make sure you have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. And remember, you can free call or text 1737 for more support.
